Week of Twitter
I personally didn't like twitter at all. Once I got the twenty tweets I quit and I actually haven't been on it since and that was a few days ago. I felt the tweets were overpopulated with breaking news, which was kind of annoying. I would like to see more of what the people I was following were up to, but honestly I don't care to read about the days agenda from the time of rolling out of bed to going to bed. I like facebook a lot better and I think I'll just stick with that for now. It's easier to see what people are up to and it's easier to just write on eachother's wall versus "retweeting". It would be nice if twitter had a better notification system when someone "mentions" you in a tweet, like facebook and the little world and the red number that never seems to want to disappear...but that's beyond the point. Twitter would be nice to have career wise but as a college student, I'm not feeling it. My tweeting days are over I'm afraid.

Your blog is like the exact same as mine lol. I mentioned the breaking news and how it's an easier layout to understand on Facebook with notifications rather than scrolling up and down the Twitter page. I haven't been on since I completed the assignment, and I don't think I ever will.
ReplyDeleteYou dont have to, but it is good to try new things! Maybe find something particular to follow and use your twitter for that!
ReplyDeleteI think if you had something that was important to you that was easier to follor on Twitter that Twitter might be a little more beneficial.
ReplyDeleteI agree about Twitter being overruled by the breaking news and the notification thing would be nice. I also agree with you about not wanting to know about what people do from the time they wake up to the time they go to bed. I find it annoying.
